MUSICAL THEATRE TRAINING

Cleveland Musical Theatre works in partnership with Making It On Broadway, a musical theatre training program where students explore the realities of what it means to be a modern Broadway professional. Participating in classes taught by current Broadway professionals, students have the opportunity to work with and perform for these pros from every aspect of the business including casting directors, agents, Broadway stars, Tony Award winners, directors, music directors, conductors, producers, and Broadway composers!
DO I NEED TO AUDITION?
Our Making It On Broadway intensives are by audition-only. For audition information, click the "APPLY" button under your intensive of interest and and complete the very short application. We will get in touch with you to schedule a specific audition date/time. Once you have auditioned, you will receive an e-mail regarding your acceptance.
WHAT AGES CAN ATTEND?

IS HOUSING PROVIDED?
We do not provide housing for its participants. To accomodate our out-of-town students, we do offer discounted housing in apartment-style hotel rooms. You may contact our representative at The Extended Stay America - South at NUMBER to inquire about housing options. When prompted, select option #1 to speak with a representative.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE INTENSIVE?
Once accepted into the program, every participant will receive (via email) a detailed list of what to bring. Basics items to include are: your "book" of music, dance attire, a recording device, headshots and resumes.
